Schillinghaus Policies

Check-In Time 3:00 PM | Check-Out Time 11:00 AM
- All parties must sign rental agreement before staying at Schillinghaus or Schillinghaus Farm.
- 2 persons included in price. $25 for each additional person.
- Not condusive to small children.
- Must be able to climb two flights of stairs by themselves.
- Check out from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
- Check in time from 3 – 4 p.m.
- Reservations must be confirmed via credit card or Paypal for full amount of your stay.
- Reservations are subject to taxes and fees.
- Smoking is prohibted in any of our buildings. If a guest smokes in a room, there will be a minimum fee of $200 to cover cleaning costs.
- If guests carelessly trash the room to the point that extra cleaning is needed, there will be a minimum fee of $200 to cover cleaning costs.
- We have strict NO CANDLE policy at Schillinghaus.
- No pets allowed.
- No owner or employee associated with Schillinghaus BB shall be held liable for any injury that may occur during your stay with us.
- Anything taken from the rooms at Schillinghaus during your stay with us will be charged to your credit card.
Cancellations made 2-Weeks Prior to Your Stay
- Refund less $50 processing fee
Cancellations made for a holiday weekend, Germanfest or Oktoberfest weekend
- Refund less $100 processing fee
Cancellations made 7 days or less before your stay
- No refund. Full amount of stay will be charged
